The Raiders capped off a successful weekend in Madison Saturday night with JA’s tenth MAIS State Basketball Championship. They took home the 6A crown with a thrilling 54-53 victory over Jackson Prep. JA had four players make the All-Tournament Team: Caleb Gaitor, Mike Williams, Tyler Lyles, and Marcus Goodloe. The team begins its pursuit of the fifth Overall State Championship tonight in Clinton as they host Lamar Christian at 7:15 p.m. Watch all the action at maisnetwork.org.
